 Department purpose
Our Corporate practice is market leading, and is the biggest among the international law firms in Luxembourg. Our clients turn to us for advice on the full range of corporate matters. These include setting up unregulated investment structures and deal specific SPVs, co-investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, equity listings and stock exchange-related work, general company secretarial work, and corporate (pre-)litigation work (eg, shareholders’ disputes, post-acquisition claims, joint venture disputes and directors’ liabilities issues). As well as being experts in and drivers of local Luxembourg market practice, we draw upon the expertise of our global network of offices, which enables us to understand global trends and the wider context of clients’ instructions.
 
Training contract
An internship contract for six months which is covered by an agreement in September 2023.

What we look for




  • You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.




  • You are fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages. Any other language is an asset.
