Department Purpose
Our Financial Services Regulatory department at A&O Shearman Luxembourg is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of banking and financial regulations.
Our international team advises banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, investment funds,Fintech & crypto-asset services, insurers and reinsurers, payment platforms, regulators and corporates in a wholesale and retail context.
Training Contract
A six-month internship in our Financial Services Regulatory department starting in July 2025 which is covered by an internship agreement.
Key requirements
We are seeking individuals currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction. You are pursuing an internship as part of your Master's degree, a gap year, or for your PPI at the French Bar
You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Banking regulatory law
Fluent in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages, as you will work on international matters.
