Department purpose
Our Luxembourg financial services regulatory practice has a long track record in guiding financial services companies through an increasingly complex regulatory landscape where national and international regulations may interact or conflict. Our team’s technical expertise on critical policy issues is complemented by extensive practical experience. We regularly advise clients on how to structure themselves and carry on their business, including with respect to obtaining relevant licences, in compliance with, among others, MiFID II, AML/KYC, CRR, PSD and other recent and developing regulatory frameworks.
Training contract
A 6-month internship which is covered by an agreement starting in July or September 2023.
What we look for
You are currently preparing for a Master's degree in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
You are fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages. Any other language is an asset.
