Descriptif de l'offre

You will be part of the Group Tax Direction , based in the headquarter, in the center of Paris, in an international work environment of the digital sector under the responsibility of the VP Tax Group. You will report directly to the International tax and transfer pricing Senior Manager. You will cover tax and transfer pricing items with a worldwide scope (EMEA, Americas and APAC). You will be involved in all international topics, covering international tax law and transfer pricing aspects.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in the design, implementation, update and maintenance of the global TP policy in a continuous transforming digital business and organization.
  • Stay ahead and advice on all international TP developments (OECD, EU, UN and local regulations). Assist and recommend actions on lobbying actions, notably regarding OECD reforms.
  • Manage the roll-out of globally consistent TP documentation.
  • Continuous improvement of the operational TP process (Masterfile, country files, CBCR).
  • Manage tax audits with transfer pricing requests.
  • Assist on M&A transfer pricing integrations.
  • Manage other international tax issues, if any.

  • Becoming part of an international and dynamic Group Tax Direction team based in Paris with a worldwide scope.
  • Taking initiatives to improve and lead operational TP process.
  • High level of personal development in a very entrepreneurial transforming organization of the digital sector.
  • Social skills in working on projects together with other team members of the Group Tax Direction team, intercompany/accounting/consolidation teams, regional financial directors and controllers, and collaboration with many other stakeholders (public affairs, financial planning and analysis, strategic projects, R&D, etc.).

Who You Are

  • Masters degree in Tax Law or Fiscal economics and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing and international tax (Big4, law firms or multinational enterprises).
  • Strong knowledge of technical transfer pricing topics, international tax law and regulations and a solid basis of international transfer pricing principles
  • Willing in developing solutions and anticipating international reforms, and notably for the digital sector
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Willing to work in a fast moving, complex international environment.
  • Must be well organized and analytical. Good team player. Self-driven, proactive and curious.
