Missions :

Vous rejoindrez notre équipe de juristes expérimentés et participerez aux missions suivantes :



  • Suivi des opérations d'OPC (NDA, due diligence, revue et gestion de la dette privée et des contrats immobiliers, création de holdings, etc...) ;

  • Assistance à la création et au suivi d'OPC en France et à l'étranger ;

  • Suivi des contrats et avenants de distribution et des différents contrats liés au fonctionnement des OPC (dépositaire, valorisateur, agents payeurs, ISDA et FBF, etc) ;

  • Gestion des enregistrements locaux et transfrontaliers ;

  • Veille réglementaire.

You will join our team of experienced lawyers and participate in the following missions:



  • Monitoring of UCI operations (NDA, due diligence, review and management of private debt and real estate contracts, creation of holding companies, etc.);

  • Assistance in the creation and monitoring of UCIs in France and abroad;

  • Monitoring of distribution agreements and amendments and various contracts related to the operation of UCIs (depositary, valuer, paying agents, ISDA and FBF, etc.);

  • Management of local and cross-border registrations;

  • Regulatory watch.


Profile :

  • Vous êtes étudiant en Master 2 Droit bancaire et financier, Droit des affaires, Ecole du Barreau ou Ecole de commerce

  • Vous avez une première expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats ou un établissement financier

  • Vous maîtrisez le droit des affaires et avez de préférence une formation en droit bancaire et financier

  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé

  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se)

  • Vous avez un bon sens relationnel

  • Vous savez vous adapter pour travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.

  • You are a student in Master 2 Banking and Financial Law, Business Law, Bar School or Business School

  • You have first experience in a law firm or financial institution

  • You are proficient in business law and preferably have a background in banking and finance law

  • You have fluent English written and spoken

  • You are rigorous

  • You have a good relationship skills

  • You can adapt to work in a fast-changing environment
